Shipping Information

Our Shipping Address: Our shipping address is 1067 N. 21st St. PMB 321 Newark, OH 43055. We are ONLINE ONLY.

Handling Time: Orders typically require up to 48 hours for processing and handling before they are shipped. This allows us to prepare your items with care and accuracy.

 

Shipping Options:​

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 3-6 business days

 

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and other factors.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. When canceling an order, you will be subject to a 3% fee. This fee will come out of the refunded amount.

Lost or Damaged Packages: HD Cards & Collectibles LTD is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

General Guidelines:

  • Due to the nature of trading cards, returns are NOT accepted.

  1. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

    • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • All refunds are also subject to a fee of 3% of the total order amount. This fee covers processing costs incurred.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order amount. This fee covers processing costs incurred

 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
