Shipping Rates: All shipping rates are based on the quantity of stamps or covers ordered. These charges are very reasonable and will not exceed $2.00 for shipping in the USA, or $3.50 for Canadian shipments. Other countries will be quoted depending on quantity and delivery address.
Shipment Methods: USPS First Class Mail will be used for all shipments. If a shipping method or destination other than that shown is required you may contact HD Collectibles by e-mail for shipping charges and delivery times. With prior arrangement we may be able to ship by whatever method you wish, extra charges may be required.

Guarantee / Returns: All our products are fully guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase. The purchaser will receive a full refund including shipping charges for any items that are returned due to an error on our part, such as wrong item, or an item that is misrepresented in any way. Returns within the 30 day period for any other reason will receive a full refund for the cost of the item only. We must receive the returned item in the same condition as shipped.
