Shipping Information
Shipping Rates: All
shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the order. Actual product
weights (including packing/packaging) are totaled and appropriate
charges applied. These charges are shown in your shopping cart when you check out. Shipping charges start at $2.00.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time = shipping time + order processing time. Most
products will ship the next business day. Standard shipping time for U.S.A.
orders takes from 1 to 7 business days, depending
on where you live . So your delivery time is 2 to 8 business days for
standard shipping to arrive at your door. International destinations
will be shipped by Postal Mail, Insured, and will take from 1 to 3
weeks to arrive depending on destination and shipping method.
Shipment Methods: Standard shipping method is by UPS Ground or US Mail.
The actual method used will depend on your ship to address.
UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day or Priority Mail is available at an extra charge.
For UPS shipments we need an actual street address as UPS will not
deliver to a P.O. Box. If a shipping method or destination other than
that shown is required you may contact us by phone or e-mail
for shipping charges and delivery times. With prior arrangement we may
be able to ship by whatever method you wish, extra charges may be
required.
Orders Shipping to
AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam & Virgin Islands
will be shipped by US Postal Service, First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Standard Shipping method to Canada will be
Parcel Post Mail (insured), for an additional charge we will ship by Global Express Mail (insured).
Orders Shipping to APO or FPO (Military
Mail) will be sent by Standard US Military Mail (insured) only.
International Orders / Customs
Information: Your order may be subject to import
duties and taxes which are levied when the package reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have
no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country, you should contact your local customs office for further
information. When ordering you must comply with all laws and regulations
of the country in which you are receiving the items. NOTE: We do not
accept Credit Cards for International Orders due to the high level of fraud. International orders will only be shipped after full payment is received by
International Draft Money Order in US Funds. Contact us for the exact amount including shipping.

only. We must receive the returned item in the same condition as
